IPhone XR usually considered as
disappointment. Apple also decreases its production, but still this phone is
better seller of 2018 in US market as compared to other IPhone models.
After release of first month it made 32%
sales. As per reports of final quarter of 2018 sales of XR increases while the
sale of IPhone XS decreased. During October to December period sales of IPhone
XR is 39% of IPhone's sold. It is another most popular model after IPhone 7. The
sale of IPhone XS and XS Max decline upto 26%.
IPhone XR released one month after IPhone
XS Max and outside the Q4 window. Which means large number of sales are not
considered in above chart. It is surprising that IPhone XS Max outsold the
IPhone XS by great margin because smaller models sell better.
