In summer 2018 Vivo NEX arrived with pop-up
selfie shooter. According to popular Chinese website weibo.com , Vivo and OPPO companies
planning to come with periscope camera into their next flagship smart phones.
The sources revealed moulds and different
factory parts prepared for their upcoming new designs. Vivo will stick to a
partial top side mechanism, but OPPO going for some solution with whole top
side going up to reveal the camera.
The moulds also explain itself that both
companies are not planning for fingerprint scanner on back which means they
have sensors under their OLED screens.
